5 Bedrooms • 4 Bathrooms 4 Baths • Sleeps 15-20Located just off Pacific Coast Highway at the border of Huntington Beach and Newport Beach. New custom home features 2 Master Bedroom Suites and a total of 5 bedrooms with 15 beds (2 King, 3 Queen, 10 twinXL) plus 2 pack and play portable cribs. The 4 bathrooms are served by a tankless water heater, and there is a heated outdoor shower for rinsing off after a day at the beach. We also provide 200mbps (down) mesh wifi, a 40amp EV charger (utility charges paid by guest), and an ELEVATOR!
One of the best surfing beaches in the world is nearby. Both Orange County Airport and the Disney Resort are less than 30 minutes away.
The kitchen is ultra-modern. There's a regular oven, a combi oven, 2 sous vide machines, a high-end induction hob, an 18,000 BTU gas wok burner, a pressure cooker, rice cooker, and a high-end BBQ grill with rotisserie. There's a fire pit on the front patio and another patio in the back for dining, next to a gorgeous designer pool, large spa, and pool-length stone waterfall.
OPTIONS
1) Use of the pool/spa requires payment of an additional fee per night for the full duration of your reservation (total number of nights in the booking). These fees will be charged upon departure. Note that we DO NOT offer a single-day use option.
- $99 per night from May 13 through September 4
- $139 per night from March 4 through May 12 and September 5 through December 15
- $169 per night from December 16 through March 3
2) Bring up to 2 small dogs (must weigh less than 25lbs each). All dogs must be kept in a pen when left alone at the property. One round foldable pet pen (36" x 36" x 24") is available on-site. This option is selected at time of booking.
All rates are non-negotiable. A digitally signed rental agreement and $5,000 credit card hold are required for all reservations. Insurance fee covers up to $5,000 in unintentional, non-pet damages.
Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 60 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges (less $250.00 cancellation fee) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 30 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
About the Owner
This home was custom built in 2020 for the needs of my large, extended family. We decided to share it with others so they can experience the unique pleasure of living in one of the finest beach resort communities in Southern California. It can be really fun living like a local in a tourist town.Location
